Beatriz Ball Nominated Product Designer of the Year for 25th Annual ARTS Awards
NEW ORLEANS, LA September 25, 2013—Dallas Market Center, and the Accessories Resource Team (ART) announced that Beatriz Ball--New Orleans-based designer and CEO of Beatriz Ball Collection--has been nominated Product Designer of the Year for the 25th annual ARTS Award program.
ARTS Awards is the premier international awards program dedicated to home industry excellence held each January during the Dallas Total Home & Gift Market
Beatriz Ball Collection, is a six time nominee and 3 time winner in the Tabletop category but this is the first time that Beatriz Ball has been nominated as product designer of the year.
Beatriz Ball Collection has achieved its place as the premiere manufacturer in the field of fine handmade metalware through groundbreaking designs using a special alloy of many metals. The products are featured in showrooms and trade shows in major markets across the country, and are offered for retail sale in gift and specialty stores in the United States and abroad.
She draws inspiration from nature, art, her extensive travels and various cultural traditions for her innovative designs in metal.
